It’s no secret that most people don’t floss as often as they should. This month, we are going to provide you with some reasons why you shouldn’t ignore this important hygiene step any longer.
1. Plaque Acts Quickly
If you are someone who is a regular flosser and you may think skipping a few days is no big deal. However a few days is the perfect amount of time for bacteria to solidify to your teeth. And if you’re not a regular flossing, think about all that built up bacteria! Plaque starts to harden within hours of eating, causing cavity-like substances to firmly stick to your teeth. Without regular flossing, the longer it will take a professional to clean your teeth. Save some time- brush and floss daily!
