1. Taking a smoke break
Nearly 17% of Americans smoke cigarettes regularly. Besides it’s many health concerns such as lung cancer, heart disease, and asthma, it also is horrible for your oral health. Smoking cigarettes multiplies your risk of oral cancer by 2 to 6 times that of a non-smoker. In addition, smoking can cause tooth loss, cavities, and gum disease. Please, skip the smoke breaks.
