Your daily cup of coffee
This may be a sore subject for some of you, considering that Americans drink around 400,000 cups of coffee per day. Avoid drinking that cup if possible. Coffee leads to dry mouth, which causes bad breath and tooth decay. Also, it will stain your teeth over time. If you still need caffeine, try drinking green tea instead. AND if you just can’t give up your cup of coffee, drink it black and drink plenty of water.
